Prior to IBM, Mark was in senior management at IHS, a global information management and insight company delivering economic, geopolitical risk, energy, supply chain and sustainability solutions to the market. Mark joined IHS through the acquisition of ESS, the leading platform provider of enterprise health, safety, environment and sustainability solutions. During his tenure, Mark developed and implemented market defining strategies leading to aggressive international revenue and market expansion in key growth areas such as sustainability, carbon management, cap and trade, water management and as a founding member in the Green Sigma™ Coalition focused on energy, emissions and water management.
As the founder of several technology companies, he has developed new solution areas leading to the creation of several new market segments including those focused on Environment, Health and Safety (EHS), high performance and cloud computing. Additionally, Mark has directed key initiatives in the areas of systems software, network management, ERP, supply chain, CRM, analytics and RDBMS.
Mark received his MS in Economics and BS in Resource Engineering from Virginia Tech.
Prior to Citation, Randal was the Vice President of Oracle’s Global Collaboration Sales Unit. Previously, he was the Vice President, Technical Publishing Business Development at IHS where he managed their worldwide content supply network. Prior roles include multiple international assignments in Europe and Latin America with Lotus and IBM managing regional P&L, creating go-to-market strategies, and building multiple sales organizations in those geographies.
Randal graduated with honors from the University of North Texas earning a B.B.A. with an emphasis in International Business.
