Christopher Duden (COO, 360factors) – Chris was the COO at Citation Technologies, Inc., a leading provider of cloud-based, global, SaaS, EH&S solutions when it sold its flagship product, CyberRegs, to IHS. Additionally, Chris was the CTO and then later the President of Net Fusion Services. He has been working in the compliance industry for ten years.

Ken Smith (CEO, SEMS Services) – Ken has over 25 years of experience in the safety, environmental and regulatory compliance fields. His primary area of expertise is Safety and Environmental Management Systems (SEMS) development, implementation, and management. He also has expertise in risk management, contingency planning, HSE training, health, safety and environmental compliance, hazardous material incident management, and incident investigations.

Darren Englebaugh (EHS Consultant/Auditor, ERM) – Darren has over 10 years of EHS experience in the private, commercial, government and non-profit sectors with a focus on organizational liability and risk exposure. He is a registered RABQSA auditor for both OH&S and Environmental schemes, and he maintains certification as a lead auditor of OHSAS 18001, ISO 14001 and COS SEMS management systems.
