The University of Texas at Arlington has invited 360factors, Inc. to provide a poster presentation on ‘Regulatory Change Management Process’ at the Oil & Gas Environmental Conference, Dec. 3-4 in Dallas, Texas. The primary goal of this conference is to achieve better environmental performance and regulatory compliance in the oil and gas industry through the exchange of new ideas and concepts.

360factors Regulatory Plan for Success

Our regulatory plan for success process is to understand what the regulations or standards are asking of you to comply with and measure gaps from the actual standards. We have a regulatory knowledge base module which can house hundreds or thousands of regulations or standards. We also parse the regulations into  “Actions’, Evidence”, “Traits”, “Subject” staff translations which are also exposed in color coded format. You can convert these staff translations into questions when you do a survey-based “ Risk Assessment, Gap Analysis or an Internal Audit”- this will help you do a bulletproof gap analysis.
