AUSTIN – September 3^rd, 2014 – Austin-based 360factors announces the acquisition of Rosengarten, Smith & Associates, Inc. (RSA) environmental compliance services with offices in Austin, Corpus Christi and Houston, Texas.

360factors is a regulatory risk and compliance management software company that has developed a unique and innovative Environmental Management System using cognitive mapping technology.
