Key Responsibilities
- Executes the Content Roadmap and ensures ETAs and SLAs are met.
- Collaborates with team to plan and execute content features and initiatives, ensuring all efforts meet editorial standards and requirements.
- Contributes to the creation of new content/data/product opportunities.
- Contributes to the entire content update process.
- Supports the analysis of upcoming content updates, prepares outcomes for internal and external communication, and provides related communications to all stakeholders.
Required Experience and Knowledge
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience in content writing
- Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in B2B
- Bachelor’s degree
- Banking Operational or Compliance experience a plus.
- Experience with SharePoint a plus
Required Skill Set
- Quick learning curve
- Ability to multi-task
- Ability to work under deadlines and deliver on time
- Experience with MS Word & Excel
