Position Summary

This position exists to build, maintain, and edit records for Sales in CRM. The right candidate ensures integrity of operations of the sales and marketing database and ensures the proper use of the systems. The position is responsible for data entry, work requests, generating management reports, setting up dashboards, slicing and dicing data, gathering insights and work orders as needed to support assignments. The right candidate will provide statistical reports based on system data as needed by appropriate staff. Performs other duties as maybe assigned.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Maintain the integrity of data in our CRM and Marketing Automation tools.
  • Build lists of contacts, leads, and research prospects through various mediums
  • Review, update and mandate data processes to add new data or update existing records
  • Maintain segmentation and reporting fields to ensure accurate performance reporting for sales and marketing activities and programs.
  • Provide data insights to sales and marketing to help improve conversion, time to contact and campaign performance
  • Set up automated follow-up tasks/activities for sales team to ensure timely execution and tracking
  • Makes sure that sales persons are on track with appointments/meetings
  • Create and maintain campaigns and associated mailing lists in sales prospecting and marketing mailings
  • Responsible for hands-on configuration of including additions or edits to workflows, business process flows, email integration, and dashboards.
  • Perform data administration (data integrity, data imports, entity assignments, etc.)
  • Set-up, maintain, execute and optimize on the following areas in CRM:
    • Performing user maintenance support administration responsibilities
    • Performing contact record audits and maintenance
    • Performing email, lead, and text audits and maintenance

Required experience and knowledge:

  • Minimum of 3+ years of experience with a CRM tool like MS Dynamics, Salesforce or Zoho CRM is required.
  • Intermediate-Advance SQL Database, MySQL, Access, Query writing skills required
  • Advance Excel reporting
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Bachelor’s degree (mass / media communications preferred
