We currently have an opening for a Digital Marketing Manager to support Marketing strategy, utilize appropriate channels, create and execute campaigns to drive revenues and margin, build brand awareness, and improve overall customer engagement.

This position reports to our VP of Marketing and Sr. Marketing Manager and works closely with the entire sales and marketing teams to develop digital marketing strategies.

As a Digital Marketing Manager, you will create, manage and publish a variety of content and digital campaigns across multiple channels. 360factors looks for creative, innovative and results oriented individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment. The position will require cross-functional interaction and will give exposure to all aspects of a growing business.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the development of marketing plans and programs that build brand equity, drive incremental sales, and deliver growth utilizing insights and expertise within the e-commerce channel
  • Responsible for creating and execute marketing campaigns
  • Manage paid search program, display advertising campaigns and support SEO strategy to drive online conversions
  • Implement digital campaigns that increase ROI, grow retail sales and increase brand awareness
  • Stay abreast of emerging eCommerce marketing opportunities and innovative ideas
  • Assist the online marketing budget and prioritize key deliverables
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create and/or improve design, content and navigation to optimize user experience with a focus on promotions
  • Utilize Google AdWords, Google Analytics and eCommerce platform tools to evaluate end-to end UX and the efficacy of marketing offerings
  • Support all web, SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Merchandising, or related field
  • Experience in Digital Marketing creation and execution
  • History of strategy creation and resulting execution
  • Track Record of increasing trial, retention and revenue
  • Demonstrated Ability to “Build a Brand”
  • Graphic Design Experience
  • Ability to prioritize, multi-task and work with minimal supervision

Preferred

  • Google Analytics, AdWords, SEO, email and Social Marketing
  • Website Pipeline (Platform), Zoho CRM, 3rd Party email marketing providers
  • E-Commerce design and/or merchandising experience
  • Experience in a B2B E-commerce or marketing agency environment
