Position Summary

360factors is looking for a dynamic senior-level enterprise software sales executive to drive sales and revenue. You will be responsible for qualifying and closing new sales prospects by understanding and solving customer problems around managing risk and ensuring compliance within their business. Responsibilities

  • Accurately, reliably and consistently forecast and manage sales opportunity pipeline by qualifying and converting marketing and account-based leads to revenue in a complex sales-cycle environment.
  • Understand the business drivers, pain points, requirements of the prospect or customer, and translate that into an opportunity winning solution based on 360factors’ risk and compliance management products and services.
  • Deliver compelling solution presentations and demonstrations, either remotely or in person, and the ability to develop and present a financial business case to executives.
  • Develop and implement industry, account and opportunity sales plans reflecting targeted markets, account management and opportunity close strategies and tactics.
  • Must have ability to determine business problems and drivers, map organization structure and competitive landscape, develop strong relationships with the customer, and create and drive a winning plan to close.

Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree with 10 years’ experience selling enterprise software applications, preferable SaaS/cloud-based, at the Director, SVP, EVP and CxO level
  • Must have experience managing complex sales-cycles and selling enterprise-class software solutions
  • Ability to visualize and articulate how predictive analytics can help organizations predict and better manage risks.
  • Ideal candidate will have experience with either selling GRC (governance, risk and compliance management) solutions and/or selling into banks, credit unions, and financial institutions.
  • Experience selling Artificial Intelligence and Predictive Analytics software and talking through the value proposition with customers, would also be considered a plus.
