Position Summary

360factors is looking for a dynamic enterprise software Sales Executive to drive revenue and maximize customer impact. You will be responsible for qualifying and closing new sales prospects by understanding customer business problems and demonstrating software solutions to solve those problems. We desire someone who is determined to consistently meet or exceed sales revenue quotas while evolving with ever changing business conditions.


  • Develop sales pipeline to exceed individual sales quota and to achieve sales and business revenue goals. Accurately, reliably and consistently forecast and manage sales opportunity pipeline by qualifying and converting marketing and account-based leads to revenue.
  • Understand the business drivers, pain points, requirements of the prospect or customer, and translate that into an opportunity winning solution based on 360factors’ products and services.
  • Deliver compelling solution presentations and demonstrations, either remotely or in person, and the ability to develop and present a financial business case to executives.
  • Develop and implement industry, account and opportunity sales plans reflecting targeted markets, account management and opportunity close strategies and tactics.

Education and Experience

  • A bachelor’s degree with 0-4 years’ experience selling enterprise software applications, preferable SaaS/cloud-based, at the Director, SVP, EVP and CxO level within financial service organizations including banks, credit unions, insurance companies and financial institutions.
  • Ability to understand complex enterprise-class software applications and conduct software demonstrations.
  • Must be comfortable interacting with and presenting to both business users and C-level executives.
  • Experience selling GRC, Risk or Compliance Management software applications would be considered a plus.
  • Experience selling Artificial Intelligence and Predictive Analytics software and talking through the value proposition with customers, would also be considered a plus.
