Key Responsibilities

  • Actively engage with new business scoping & estimating activities, including providing resource estimates & capacity management oversight
  • Support the scoping of projects by providing project resource estimates that represent the level of effort required to support the projects/initiatives
  • Manage team allocation by ensuring that each associate has a manageable workload and reallocating resources as needed.
  • Implement mechanisms to monitor, manage and provide progress on all activities
  • Work effectively with development team to ensure delivery against agreed priorities
  • Develop, execute and maintain project plan to deliver solution to customer
  • Communicate directly with US-based customers and project status updates and issue resolutions
  • Create and configure client solution
  • Document, create and test reports and dashboards using an integrated Reporting & Business Intelligence platform
  • Document requirements for development team for customer needs unserved by solution
  • Develop and provide product trainings to clients
  • Generate, manage and communicate project status reports with customers
  • Transition client and portal to customer support staff
  • Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) before new work is released in production
  • Accountable for the on time and to quality delivery of implementation projects.
  • Create, implement, and maintain a continuous improvement plan for his resources
  • Ensuring that best practices are maintained across the organization
  • Ensure effective internal communications both within the team and across the organization
  • Manage and leading project related activities and ensuring meeting deadlines.

Education & Experience Requirement:

  • Candidates should have 10+ years business experience, with 5+ years managing/ leading teams
  • Education: BS/MS in Computer Sciences
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment as an individual contributor
  • Very strong analytical skills to be able to manage complex problems using several techniques
  • Ability to demonstrate influencing and negotiating skills to align several potentially conflicting views with internal and external stakeholders
  • Complete understanding of implementation roadmap and SaaS based product implementation.
  • PMP Certification is a plus

Required Behavioral Traits:

  • Must be able to work US hours (6PM to 3 AM, company provided Pick & drop)
  • Must have experience of managing implementation projects
  • Must have strong Project Management experience and experience working directly with customers managing projects and project deliverables
  • Must have strong verbal and written English communications skills
  • Must have experience working with English-speaking International customers, ideally customers based in the United States.
