Role Summary
As an Implementation Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting the deployment of our SaaS solutions for new clients. This is an ideal opportunity for a recent graduate or a professional with up to three years of experience who is eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced technology environment. Working closely with senior implementation team members and project managers, you will assist in configuring our platform to meet customer requirements, supporting user acceptance testing, and ensuring a smooth transition to adoption. You will gain hands-on experience with SaaS implementation processes while developing technical and client-facing skills.
Key responsibilities will include recommending and configuring our software to meet customer requirements, migrating historical data into our systems, validating & testing the configured system, creating user acceptance testing scripts, conducting customer workshops and user training, and providing customer support.
Responsibilities
- Assist senior team members in configuring and deploying SaaS solutions to meet client requirements.
- Document requirements, processes, and testing outcomes clearly and accurately.
- Analyze, transform and load existing customer data into our system using data migration methodologies and tools, including Excel, Power BI and data migration tools. Understanding and application of data analytics and Python script development will be a plus.
- Support user acceptance testing (UAT) by preparing test cases, tracking defects, and validating fixes.
- Provide basic training and guidance to end users during and after implementation.
- Troubleshoot issues during the implementation phase and as part of ongoing customer support, escalating complex challenges to senior specialists.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (development, QA, and customer success) to ensure timely delivery of tasks.
- Remain engaged in post-implementation activities to support a smooth client transition to production, including providing customer support as needed.
- Continuously learn and develop product knowledge to support implementation efforts effectively.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering or a related technical degree.
- Experience: 0–2 years of work experience, preferably in a technical, SaaS, or client-facing environment (internships or academic projects in similar areas are acceptable).
- Technical Aptitude: Familiarity with SaaS platforms and basic understanding of software implementation life cycles and data analytics.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with a willingness to learn and adapt.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
Required Skills
- Basic understanding of SaaS solutions and software implementation processes.

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)
- Familiarity with user acceptance testing (UAT) concepts and QA practices.
- Exposure to creating or working with functional requirements documentation.
- Previous internship or project experience with SaaS platforms or software configuration.
- Basic knowledge of project management tools (e.g., Asana, Jira, SharePoint, MS Project).
