Bobby O’Neal, Director of Customer Success

As the Director of Customer Success, Bobby brings over 16 years of leadership expertise in B2B sales, team-building, and implementing continuous process improvement to ensure successful customer engagement. Previously, Bobby was Global Director of Client Services at Rainmaker Systems, overseeing the implementation of a global sales and customer support team within the USA, UK and the Philippines.

Additionally, Bobby managed a global outbound tele-sales operation with Rainmaker, growing this business from the ground up to where they exceeded $300M in annual revenue. He developed key business alliances, gathering customer requirements and worked directly with the engineering teams to meet the needs of the customer.
