Job Summary
As Data Analyst, you will play a crucial role in advancing 360factors’ data analytics capabilities and contributing to upcoming artificial intelligence (AI) projects.
You will be responsible for data analysis, quality assurance in ETL/EDW processes, and actively participating in the cleaning and formatting data before identifying trends that can help business leaders make strategic decisions.
Key Responsibilities
Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW)
Data Analysis
- Conduct in-depth data analysis in ETL/EDW processes to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Identify and assist ETL/DWH teams to develop and implement logical checks to validate and enhance data quality.
Quality Assurance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to test and validate data within our software applications.
- Identify and implement measures to enhance data accuracy and reliability.
Data Visualization
Problem Definition
- Conduct data analysis using variety of tools, skills, and computing languages to perform statistical analysis and answer questions to solve organizational challenges and figure out the missing data.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business problems. Explain findings, their reasoning and research to them to justify the conclusion.
- Create Dashboards, and reports on their findings using BI reporting tools and communicate the next steps to stakeholders.
Data Mining, Cleaning and Munging
- Mine and clean data from multiple sources employing best industry practices, analyse and interpret results using statistical tools and techniques.
- Work with data scientists to determine company goals. Figure out trends, correlations and patterns in datasets and identify new opportunities for process improvements.
- Data analysts should have a good handle on Excel and understand advanced modelling and analytics techniques.
Documentation & Collaboration
- Create documentation for models, algorithms, and workflows to facilitate knowledge sharing and future development.
- Communicate findings and insights to non-technical stakeholders.
Experience Requirement
- 4+ years’ experience of spearheading successful Data Analysis and AI projects.
- Previous or current experience EDW/ETL.
- Bachelor’s in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
- Proven experience in data analysis, quality assurance, and data modelling.
- Strong programming skills in languages such as Python or R.
- Strong understanding Database, SQL etc.
- Familiarity with ETL processes and data warehousing.
- Experience with machine learning frameworks and libraries.
