Position Summary

360factors seeks a dynamic and entrepreneurial enterprise software sales executive with deep experience selling SaaS solutions to banks, credit unions, and non-bank financial institutions. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new opportunities, qualifying leads, and closing net new sales by effectively articulating how the 360factors platform helps to solve for managing enterprise risk and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

  • Understand the business drivers, pain points, requirements of the prospect or customer, and translate that into an opportunity winning solution based on 360factors’ risk and compliance management products and services.
  • Must map and navigate the organizational structures of financial institutions, differentiate the 360factors’ solution against the and competitive landscape, develop strong relationships with the customer, and create and drive a winning plan to close.
  • Deliver compelling solution presentations and demonstrations, both remotely and in person, and develop and present financial business cases to executives.
  • Develop and adhere to industry, account, and opportunity sales plans for targeted markets and implement various strategies and tactics to close new business.
  • Accurately, reliably, and consistently forecast and manage sales opportunity pipeline by qualifying and converting leads to revenue in a complex sales-cycle environment.

Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree with 10 years’ experience selling complex enterprise software applications, preferable SaaS/cloud-based, to banks, credit unions, and non-bank financial institutions at the Director, SVP, EVP and CxO levels. Experience working in a financial institution a plus.
  • A powerful desire to win, excellent time management skills, a hunter’s mentality, and a consistent history of exceeding sales quotas selling software and solutions to financial institutions.
  • Innately curious, strategically minded, a succinct communicator, an active listener, know how to collaborate cross-functionally, and win as a team.
  • Must have experience managing complex sales-cycles and selling enterprise-class software solutions that provide actionable intelligence to financial institution executives.
  • Ability to visualize and articulate how predictive analytics can help organizations predict and better manage risks.
  • The ideal candidate will have experience with selling enterprise governance, risk, and compliance (EGRC) software solutions to banks, credit unions, and financial institutions. Experience selling risk, information security, and compliance consulting services to financial institutions would also be beneficial in this role.
  • Experience selling and articulating the value proposition around Artificial Intelligence and Predictive Analytics software would also be considered a plus.
