• Work closely with Implementation Managers, Solution Architects and/or Account Managers to ensure appropriate configuration and deployment of product/ application.
  • Review client specifications provided, make recommendations as appropriate.
  • Engage with clients as requested, either in facilitation of discussions or in support of the project delivery.
  • Work closely with the development team on prioritization and clarity of customize requests.
  • Ensure timely delivery of assigned tasks.
  • Business intelligence troubleshooting and drafting customize reporting requirements.
  • Troubleshooting a problem during implementation phase.
  • Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
  • Management of UAT defect log.
  • Tests and troubleshoots final system setups.
  • Pre-sprint & Post-sprint testing.
  • Investigate and prepare writeup for technical issues.
  • Provides training and end-user support during and after the implementation process.
  • Validate the scope of work with the assigned account manager to handoff completed project.
  • Support Clients & Account Managers on Post-Production, special projects, related to customization, development, enhancements, reporting, etc.
  • Support transition process from implementation to Go-Live.
  • Manage and leading project related activities and ensuring meeting deadlines.

Experience Requirement

  • Must have at least 3+ years of experience working with international customers.
  • Complete understanding of implementation roadmap and SaaS based product implementation.
  • Hands on experience in building UAT test cases and perform functional QA.
  • Able to draft/ understand/ technical documents like Functional Requirements Specification and Statement of Work.
  • Working on the QA side is a plus.
