Key Responsibilities

  • Communicate directly with US-based customers and project status updates and issue resolutions
  • Develop, execute, and maintain project plan to deliver solution to customer
  • Generate, manage, and communicate project status reports with customers
  • Actively engage with new business scoping & estimating activities, including providing resource estimates & capacity management oversight
  • Support the scoping of projects by providing project resource estimates that represent the level of effort required to support the projects/initiatives
  • Manage team allocation by ensuring that each associate has a manageable workload and reallocating resources as needed.
  • Work effectively with implementation, support, and development teams to ensure delivery against agreed priorities
  • Implement mechanisms to monitor, manage and provide progress on all activities
  • Document requirements for and ensure testing and validation of reports and dashboards based on customer requirements and business needs
  • Document requirements for development team for customer needs unserved by solution
  • Determine training requirements and ensure delivery of product trainings to clients
  • Transition client and portal to customer support staff at completion of implementation projects
  • Ensure implementation team completes and verifies that the deliverables meet the customer requirements.
  • Ensure customer completes User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and signs off on the project
  • Accountable for the on time and to quality delivery of implementation projects.
  • Create, implement, and maintain a continuous improvement plan for his resources
  • Ensuring that best practices are maintained across the organization
  • Ensure effective internal communications both within the team and across the organization
  • Mentor other project managers as needed and help build processes, templates and tools to improve the project management program within 360factors.

Education & Experience Requirement

  • Candidates should have 10+ years business experience, with 5+ years managing projects
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment as an individual contributor
  • Very strong analytical skills to be able to manage complex problems using several techniques
  • PMP Certification is a plus
  • Must have strong Project Management experience and experience working directly with customers managing projects and project deliverables
  • Must have experience managing implementation of software or SaaS applications, preferably business or enterprise applications.
  • Desired Education: BS/MS in Computer Sciences

Required Behavioral Traits

  • Must be able to work US hours (6PM to 3 AM Pakistan Time)
  • Must have strong verbal and written English communications skills. Must be proficient in business-type of communications, such as status reports, issue log and email communications as well as proactively manage weekly and monthly status calls with US-based customers.
  • Must have experience working with English-speaking International customers, ideally customers based in the United States.
  • Must be proficient in project management, including creating and managing GANTT charts, task management, requirements documents and statement of work (SOW) documents.
  • Ability to demonstrate influencing and negotiating skills to align several potentially conflicting views with internal and external stakeholders
