Job Summary
As a Senior Sales Account Executive, you will leverage your experience in enterprise software sales to drive revenue growth by selling 360factors’s Risk and Compliance management solutions to public and private companies, specifically within the banking and financial services sectors. We seek a highly motivated sales professional with a strong background in SaaS or cloud-based software sales, capable of consistently exceeding sales quotas and closing complex deals. Experience in selling software solutions to community or regional banks and credit unions is required, with experience selling risk and compliance software considered a strong plus.
Responsibilities
- Product Knowledge: Develop a comprehensive understanding of 360factors products and services, including their application within the banking and financial services industries in managing risk, ensuring regulatory compliance and providing business reports and data analytics.
- Lead Conversion: Qualify and convert marketing leads into sales opportunities and revenue.
- Sales Planning: Create and execute industry, account, and opportunity-specific sales plans that address targeted markets and define strategies and tactics for account management and opportunity closure.
- Pipeline Development: Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline to meet or exceed individual sales quotas and achieve sales revenue targets.
- Sales Cycle Management: Manage the entire sales process from prospect qualification through demonstration, proposal, voice of customer (VOC) engagement, contract negotiation, and signature.
- Forecasting: Consistently and accurately forecast sales opportunities and effectively manage pipeline activity.
- Solution Development: Understand customers’ business drivers, pain points, and requirements to tailor winning solutions using 360factors products and services. Must have solid ability to conduct research on prospects to understand their business environment and potential pain points.
- Presentations: Deliver compelling presentations of solutions, both remotely and in person, showcasing the business value to customers.
- Financial Business Case: Develop and present a financial business case to executives as part of the sales process.
- CRM Management: Document all sales activity, including calls, emails, meetings, and conferences, in the CRM weekly.
- Travel Requirements: Ability to travel up to 30% of the time as needed to meet with clients and prospects.
Education and Experience
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in business or a related technical field; an MBA or advanced business degree is a plus.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience selling enterprise software applications, preferably SaaS/cloud-based, to VP, SVP, EVP, and CxO levels within financial services organizations, including banks, credit unions, insurance companies, and other financial institutions.
- Industry Knowledge: Experience selling Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC), Operational Risk, or Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) management software is highly desirable, especially in industries such as financial services, insurance or healthcare.
- Technical Sales Proficiency: Familiarity with AI and predictive analytics-powered software and the ability to articulate the value proposition to customers. Must be able to use AI tools to conduct research and improve your productivity.
- Sales Methodologies: Proficiency with strategic, consultative selling frameworks such as Challenger, Miller Heiman, Sandler, Consultative Selling, Solution Selling, or SPIN.
- Account-Based Marketing & Lead Generation: Demonstrated success in lead development, prospecting, networking, and account-based marketing.
- Technical Tools: Proficiency with CRM software, Microsoft Office, and remote presentation tools.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong ability to collaborate and build relationships across diverse teams and with stakeholders at multiple levels.
- Track Record: Proven ability to consistently exceed sales quotas and demonstrated experience in presenting software solutions to prospects.
