Position Summary

At 360factors, customer success and the value customers receive from our solutions is absolutely critical to our long-term success. As such, 360factors is searching for a talented and focused individual to own delivering solutions for our customers. This role includes responsibilities for pre-sales (demonstrations, RFP responses, system configurations, requirements, estimates, etc.) and post-sales activities (on-boarding including project management, requirements gathering, developing Statement of Works, software configuration, training and deployment support, as well as customer adoption, advocacy, upsell and retention).

  • Provide technical, business consulting and software product expertise to customers both pre- and post-sale.
  • Facilitate technical discussions and customer white-boarding for demonstrating and delivering technical software solutions that integrates cross-departmental functions with the customers’ environment.
  • Determine the scope of and resources required to successfully implement the solution and project manage the delivery and roll-out of this solution to the customer.

Education and Experience

  • A bachelor’s degree in computer science and software engineering with 2-4 years’ experience in working with software-based product organizations and ability to understand complex enterprise-class software applications.
  • Demonstrated experience in successfully conducting software demonstrations to customers in a pre-sales role, preferably at the Director, SVP, EVP and CxO levels within banks, credit unions and other financial institutions.
  • Experience implementing and delivering enterprise software applications, preferable SaaS/cloud-based.
  • Experience with GRC, Risk or Compliance Management software applications would be considered a plus.
  • Experience with Artificial Intelligence technology and/or and Predictive Analytics software and talking through the value proposition with customers, would also be considered a plus.
