Raima Samji is an accomplished Human Resources leader with over a decade of diversified experience across multinational organizations, government institutions, consulting firms, and global operations. With an MBA in Human Resource Management and certifications in SAP HCM, she has built an extensive career leading strategic HR functions, organizational development, and people-centric initiatives across Pakistan, the UAE, and India.
Raima has held several senior leadership roles, including Senior HR Consultant – Head of Department for the UNICEF/WHO (Sidat Hyder) project, where she managed end-to-end HR operations for over 14,000 employees across Sindh. Her experience spans talent management, compensation & benefits, employee engagement, large-scale recruitment, legal matters, and HR governance. Her expertise in managing complex, high-volume HR ecosystems has made her a trusted advisor to executive leadership and government stakeholders.
In her role as Regional HR Manager – Pakistan Region at Royal Cyber Inc (US-based IT firm), Raima led HR operations across Karachi, Lahore, and Islamabad offices. She played a strategic role in developing corporate KPIs, balanced scorecard frameworks, organizational performance systems, and senior-level reporting for global leadership.
