Charles A. Montero, P.G., REM, Associate, has over 30 years of environmental consulting, hydro-geologic and geologic assessments, and soil & groundwater remediation. He has assisted in the development of remedial action alternative assessments and corrective action plans under Federal a State rules and guidelines. Mr. Montero has participated in, completed, and supervised numerous industrial facility, multi-media audits, and environmental site assessments. He has a B.A. and a B.Sc. from the University of Texas at Austin.
