Webinar Overview:

Today data is everywhere around us, but what type of information is truly useful for informing your bank’s strategic plan? Learn how to separate “nice to have” data from “must have” metrics that can inform your board and committee’s strategic plans in 2021 and beyond. Join Peter Moenickheim, CRO of Gateway First Bank, and Robert Berger, VP of Sales for 360factors, for a lively and interactive discussion to discover the Top 7 strategic risk metrics and what value they bring to the board of directors. You will walk away with practical information while learning:

Learn:

  • How external market data such as unemployment rates, interest rate changes, housing starts and other key leading market indicators can better inform enterprise risk management and the board
  • How liquidity, credit, profitability, and capital performance metrics from peer banks can enable your executive team to make decisions more quickly and confidently
  • How today’s technologies can combine internal and external metrics to provide analytics that drive deeper insight into banks’ current and future performance
